Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (UMID, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or passport). Submission of falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

4.1 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their hawkph login credentials, including passwords and one-time passcodes (OTP). 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Bonus funds that remain unused or for which wagering requirements have not been completed within the stated period will be forfeited automatically. hawkph is not obligated to provide reminders or extensions regarding bonus expiry.
6.5 Promotion Modification. hawkph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any change to a promotion will take effect immediately upon publication and will apply to all bonus claims not yet completed at that time.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the hawkph Platform is governed by its own specific rules as displayed within the game interface. 7.3 Malfunction Policy. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hawkph Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
Anti-Fraud Notice: hawkph employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. All suspicious activity is reviewed and, where evidence of fraud exists, reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
9.1 Ownership. All content on the hawkph Platform — including but not limited to the hawkph brand name, logo, game assets, graphics, software, user interface elements, written content, and trademarks — is the property of hawkph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence. hawkph grants each registered Player a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes as contemplated by these Terms. 10.1 Platform Availability. hawkph makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available continuously but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, and third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary unavailability. hawkph is not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime.
10.2 Gaming Losses. Players acknowledge that all forms of gaming involve risk, and that financial losses are an inherent and foreseeable outcome of participation. hawkph accepts no liability for any gaming losses incurred by Players using the Platform, regardless of the circumstances.

10.4 Maximum Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, hawkph's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their hawkph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days from the date of notice for material changes. Continued use of the hawkph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players who do not agree with any amendment are entitled to close their account and withdraw their available balance in accordance with Section 5 prior to the effective date of the change.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the hawkph Platform, the parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through direct communication. Players must submit a written dispute notice to the hawkph support team detailing the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought.
14.3 Jurisdiction. If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of any and all disputes that cannot be resolved informally. The venue shall be the appropriate courts with jurisdiction over the matter.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
